More Support for Hating The Cheese Cake Factory

When I interviewed at a job several years ago one of the questions asked of me was "Why do you hate The Cheesecake Factory so much?" This question was related to a blog post on my personal blog that my interviewers found. The DCist had a story today,"Cheesecake Factory Servers Charged With Stealing Credit Cards", that helps to justify my visceral hate for the place.

This has got to at least raise some eyebrows for liberated women, who should be able to eat as much chocolate as any man. But then I'm not sure the girls are missing much - this was regular milk chocolate just in larger bites. There are much better ways to get fat.

To be honest it didn't occur to me when I bought this that it was *sparkling* Sake. In fact, upon opening it I was in for a bit of a surprise, as it bubbled up the top. I think I like this better than champagne, and may use it instead next New Year's.

Think of it as champagne but slightly sweeter.

$1.25 coconut pastry from a shop in Eden center. Quite tasty. They offered two free if you buy five. Speaking Vietnamese is optional, but finding a parking space is a miracle.
